Delivery charge:

The shipping costs are €6.20 (PostNL) throughout NL. This is a contribution for shipping and packaging material. Free home delivery in Deventer.

Delivery time:

If you order before 3:00 PM, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days.
You can have your order delivered to a desired address or a PostNL collection point.
We ship our packages from Monday to Friday. We will always do our best to have your package delivered as quickly as possible, because we understand very well that you want to receive your Scented Candles quickly! ;)

Return:

If the order does not meet your wishes, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Track & Trace code:

Once your package has been picked up by the post office, you will receive the tracking code by email. All changes to your order will be communicated via the email registered here at Nina Studio. If the delivery exceeds the scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve them.

Broken along the way:

Sometimes the package has a difficult journey to your front door. Keep the box, packaging and broken candle and send us an email as soon as possible and we will solve it. Photos may be required as proof for the parcel deliverer (DHL or PostNL).
So it is better to keep everything for a while.

Payment methods​:

Before you pay you can check everything again and you can still adjust your personal details and the delivery method. There are many payment options: iDeal or PayPal, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Or you can pay for your order later with Klarna.
